– I ask the Minister for Repatriation how many members of the Commonwealth Police Force are returned soldiers?

Senator MILLEN:

– I ask the honorable senator togive notice of that question, and I should like to take the opportunity of saying that, in view of an amendment to the Supply Bill which has been submitted elsewhere, it is not intended to proceed further with business to-day. I therefore move -

That the Senate do now adjourn.

Question resolved in the affirmative.
